The Ministry of Education requires that we have signed documentation from parents/guardians before changing information in MY ED BC (our province-wide student information system).

In the event of an emergency, or a sudden school closure, we must be able to contact parents in an efficient and effective manner.

We have a surprising number of students who do not know their home phone number or their parents' cell phone numbers.  This is very important information for students to have in the case of an emergency - either at home, out in the community or at school.

Please ensure the school has your updated contact information, including your CELL PHONE number and email address.  Please download, print, complete and sign the form below and return it to the school office if you have any changes to your child's demographic information.  Thank you!
