Fundraising

We are excited as a school to      participate in 2 fundraisers:  Krispy Kreme Doughnuts &              Spring Plants from Little                  Mountain Greenhouse!

Doughnut proceeds will go towards our Year End Activities for students,  as well as creating our new Library Learning Commons area, opening Fall of 2021. Feel free to click on the PDF below to see    the most current configuration of the new Library Learning Commons Vision.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts can be pre-ordered (by the dozen only) in 3 ways:

  • Fill out the order form from your child, enclose cash/cheque in the envelope, return to ADR Office
  • Go online to Student Quickpay and click on the Fundraising tab
  • Come into the ADR Office, complete an Order Form and submit payment (cash/cheque only)

 

                                      Cost per dozen = $10

                           Last day to pre-order:  April 30th

Doughnuts will be available for pickup from ADR on Thursday, May 6th after 1pm in the ADR Cafeteria

    OUTDOOR ED IS HAVING A SPRING PLANT FUNDRAISER!!!

Create your own beautiful outdoor area by purchasing hanging baskets, planters, or flats of flowers. All proceeds go directly towards our Outdoor Ed Program. Please see the attachment below for different items and cost. Orders are due by April 23rd with pickup available early May. You may drop off an order & payment at the ADR Office or purchase online at Student Quickpay.

Please submit your child's immunization record to Public Health

As you may be aware, starting July 1, 2019, parents and guardians have been requested to report the vaccination status of their school-age children. All B.C. students are required to have their complete immunization records in the Provincial Immunization Registry. This applies to children from kindergarten to grade 12, in public and independent schools and those who are home-schooled. As a result of this change in protocols, Public Health staff will be checking the immunization records for kindergarten-age children before they enter the school system and are requesting that parents or guardians of children in other grades to check their child’s online immunization records and update them accordingly.  Please click the link below for more Information on how this is to be accomplished.
